Order Processing Time

Most of DazzlingRugs.com orders ship within 2-3 business days of their receipt (i.e. 2-3 working days from the moment your credit card is approved; excluding weekends and holidays) unless the product page states differently. However, at all times we do aim at shipping your rug(s) to you within the shortest time period possible, and in reality many rugs ship on the next business day of order. Urgent order processing is available on request. If there are specific deadlines to be met, make sure you indicate them in the "Comments" field (just under the Shipping Method on the first page of your Checkout) while placing your order. If no deadlines were specified while the order was placed, we will ship the order according to our default processing time (2-3 business days).

Shipping Methods

At Dazzling Rugs, we have made shipping costs easy to understand prior to placing your order. We do not offer Ground shipping methods (the ones that most of our competitors offer you for free). We ship everything by Air via DHL Global Express, which normally takes anywhere from 1 to 3 business days for delivery. DHL tracking numbers are provided for each parcel, which makes every DazzlingRugs.com shipment "trackable" via the DHL website.
